Sponsorship Opportunities

Prizes are handed out to the winners of our season long points series at the final night of racing. If sufficient prizes are donated, then additional prizes may be given out to winners of  weekly races and/or raffled randomly to participants.

Awards sponsors receive:

• Company logo displayed on race series website.
• Verbal recognition at the pre-race safety talk and post-race results announcement of the race at which the award is used. 
• Social media acknowledgement in a post announcing race results. 

Donated funds are used to cover the costs of operating the race series, including materials, insurance, and other necessities. Funds beyond this amount are donated to Preble Street Resource Center to help fight homelessness and support those in need!

Sprint sponsors receive:

• Company logo displayed on race series website and promotional materials.
• Verbal recognition as the “sponsor of the night” at one pre-race safety talk and post-race results announcement, and at our final race of the season.
• One free pass to join a single race. 

Donated funds are used to cover the costs of operating the race series, including materials, insurance, and other necessities. Funds beyond this amount are donated to Preble Street Resource Center to help fight homelessness and support those in need!

Endurance sponsors receive:

• All Sprint Level benefits, plus:
• Thank-you social media post on multiple platforms
• Verbal recognition at each pre-race safety talk and post-race results announcement.
• Free series pass for one participant. 

Donated funds are used to cover the costs of operating the race series, including materials, insurance, and other necessities. Funds beyond this amount are donated to Preble Street Resource Center to help fight homelessness and support those in need!

Champion sponsors receive:

• All Endurance Level benefits, plus:
• Title sponsorship of the first or final race in the series.
• Additional free series passes (up to four).
