Weekly SUP Yoga Sessions at the East End Beach
If you enjoy yoga and being on the water, you’ll have a blast trying SUP Yoga at our Portland, Maine site this summer. Our yoga classes are appropriate for all experience levels, and you don’t need to be an expert yogi or an expert paddler to participate. If it’s your first time, there’s a good chance you’ll get wet, so please wear water-friendly clothes and bring an extra warm layer! We’ll provide anchors for each SUP so that the entire group can circle around the instructor without floating away.
How to Register
Reservations are only available for our six-class session that we offer each summer. Select the date on the booking calendar that the session begins. Your booking will reserve you a spot in each of the six classes in that session. If we need to cancel a session due to weather conditions, the session will be extended.
You may also drop-in for a scheduled session, but limited spots are available and we cannot guarantee you will be able to join. Our drop-in rate is $45 (or $35 if you use your own SUP).

It is always a good idea to wear clothes that can get wet, and bring an extra warm layer anytime you are going out on the water. Wetsuits are available and they are always a good option, especially early in the summer before the water warms.
