Join us for an invigorating 90-minute SUP Fitness class on the water! This unique class combines the core-strengthening elements of pilates and barre with the challenge of balancing on a paddleboard. All levels are welcome; basic paddling experience is helpful.  Come prepared to have a blast working out in a beautiful setting.
