RACERS! TO YOUR MARKS!: Announcing the new East End Paddle Race Series!

Portland Paddle is excited to announce the East End Race Series, a friendly competition on Casco Bay for kayakers and paddleboarders! Each Monday evening in July and August racers will be able to go head to head on a rotating series of 3-5 mile courses, with classes for beginner solo kayak (B K1), experienced solo kayak (E K1), tandem kayaks (K2), and stand up paddleboards (SUP). This is a fun and exciting opportunity for serious racers and casual paddlers alike. Paddlers can purchase a season pass for $35 to enter as many races as they would like and receive a race series tshirt, or drop in for just a single race for $10. There will be a points series throughout the season, as well as a final champions race in September! For full details and to register, check out the race webpage!
